The Bibb County School District is seeking a qualified contractor to build and install a greenhouse at Heard Elementary School. • Grading and site preparation for proper drainage at the site will be completed by the contractor to install concrete slab. The Bibb County School District will provide electrical and water to the slab. • Please note the heat needs to be electric heaters and not gas heaters. The design of the Greenhouse shall be prior approved by the departmental chair before any construction will take place. The Offeror is asked to include material within their projected design; the greenhouse needs to have specifications as seen in bid documentation, to include all materials and plans as needed for the completion of this project. • The contractor will be responsible for submitting drawing for approval of the Greenhouse for the committee to review within the final award selection. The contractor will have to be completed by March 1, 2022 or earlier if possible. This will be discussed with the Bibb County School District Administrator and Maintenance Personal.Questions should be submitted via email to Owner by December 6, 2021, 8:00am.
