Contractor interested in attending the pre-bid conference must complete and pass the Authority‘s background check. The background check form is attached to the IFB and must be complete and returned to the Authority no later than Friday September 23, 2022, 10:00A.M. Riverside Regional Jail Authority (RRJA) is soliciting bids from a qualified contractor to furnish and install two (2) Heating & Air Conditioning Units (ROOF Top Units) at Riverside Regional Jail Authority, hereby otherwise referred to as RRJA. Scope: Contractor will provide turnkey replacement of (2) rooftop units that provide heat and air conditioning for a gymnasium at Riverside Regional Jail. Each unit is presumed to be an 11 ton water source unit. A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting will be conducted to allow vendors to witness the current installation. The successful bidder will be providing removal and disposal of old equipment as well as the turnkey installation of new equivalent equipment. Questions due 5 days prior to bid date.
