This is an existing stadium improvement involving the renovation of the press box, adding ADA access to the existing bleachers, adding ADA seats to the existing bleachers, providing new guardrails, and new premanufactured visitor bleachers to be installed by others. Time is of the essence of the work under the contract. Once Substantial Completion is given on the work, the Contractor will have forty-five (45) calendar days to fully complete the work.
