The project includes the removal and replacement of the complete shingle roof system. Base bid includes demolition of the existing roof, installation of a new single-ply roofing system including cover board, replacement of all roof vents and mechanical flashing, and installation of a new roof tie-off system. Existing plywood roof sheathing shall remain in place, with selected demo to repair any damaged areas. All internal gutters will be eliminated, and new metal exterior gutters installed, including selected removal of existing metal cladding on walls and fascia’s and installation of new. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
