City of Sebastian is seeking bids from licensed, qualified and well established housing rehabilitation Contractors to furnish all labor and materials to provide minor to substantial repairs to six (6) single family homes for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program. All rehabilitation repairs must meet all applicable Federal code requirements, including minimum Section 8 Housing Quality Standards; all Florida Residential Building Codes, and all applicable local and Indian River County codes. This project is a Federally Funded Project under Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Contractor will be required to have an active Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number provided by Dun & Bradstreet and all aspects of the project must conform to the U.S, HUD standards and abide by the Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations and Section 3 Certification (see Appendix “II”).
