The City of Alhambra, Public Works Department is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services for Alhambra City Hall, Civic Center Library, Police Department and Fire Station No. 71. Fire Station No. 71 is included however regular maintenance of the HVAC unit has not been done, therefore an initial assessment of the unit and the working condition is needed. Contract would be for a three-year period, with the potential for two one-year extensions. Questions are due by May 31st. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
