The County of Oswego's Building and Grounds Facility is soliciting bids from qualified firms for HVAC Maintenance Services. This bid shall include scheduled maintenance and repair service for ATC, HVAC, and FMS Systems located in various County owned facilities. The term of the contract shall be for one (1) year effective September 1, 2022 through August 30, 2023, and may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year periods at the same terms and conditions and bid price by mutual agreement between both parties. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
