The work consists of providing all labor and material required to perform quarterly inspections and preventive maintenance service on mechanical air units at· Chelsea City Hall, Chelsea Senior Center, Chelsea Public Library, Chelsea Police Station and Central Fire Station. The contractor must be certified with the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in HVAC. The initial term of this contract is from April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023, with two additional one year options, at the sole discretion of the City, from April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024 and April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025.Deadline for questions is January 24, 2022.
