Texas State University is soliciting competitive Solicitations for the selection of a qualified and capable vendor(s) (one or more) to provide non-chemical steam coil cleaning services to the University. The University seeks to obtain proposals for steam non-chemical coil cleaning services to include but not limited to: • Chilled and hot water systems • Steam and direct expansion HVAC equipment • vacuuming of the coils and interior of Air Handling Units (AHU) • Straightening of any bent cooling coil fins • Air Handling Unit (AHU) drain cleaning and vacuuming • Cleaning and vacuuming of mechanical rooms. The term of any contract resulting from this RFP shall be for three (3) years and the University shall have the option to renew this Contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms providing both parties agree in writing DBE Goal: 26% Questions are due by 2:00 PM June 10th. Bonds required.
