Trades: Landscaping Contractor & Land Improvement: Design, Fertilizing & Planting

The Iliff Roundabout Landscaping and Irrigation project involves installation of new landscaping and an irrigation system for a newly developed median. Landscaping will consist of complimentary drought-tolerant planting for the artwork and decorative rock and breeze improvements which align with other median improvement projects. Irrigation will tie directly into an existing PROS system. The project includes, but is not limited to the supply and installation of the following: Earthwork, Site Preparation, Erosion & Sedimentation Control, Crusher Fines paths, Trees, Sod, Native Seed and Soil Preparation, Irrigation. Work not specifically called out for but is needed to accomplish a successful project under this contract should be considered as part of the work to be performed, whether specifically detailed or not.
