This project entails the full depth removal of concrete slab roadway with asphalt overlay and associated curbs; replacement of the roadway with full depth traditional asphalt paving box; construction of new curbs and sidewalks; installation of drainage improvements; and installation of new pavement markings. The project includes concrete driveway aprons; asphalt driveway repairs; and potential removal and installation of trees. Significant Items of Work Include: HMA Milling, 3" Or Less 6647 square yards and Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2" Thick 1090 ton. The Bidder agrees that the price bid shall apply to actual quantities required, approved and used during the Work, including Addenda. He further agrees to complete the entire work for this Contract within 20 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice-to-Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
