The project consists of the resurfacing of Wyncrest Road between the Manalapan Township border and the NJSH Route 18 overpass in the Township of Marlboro. The improvements include, but are not limited to milling and the overlaying of roadways with hot mix asphalt 9.5M64 surface course, hot mix asphalt base repair where necessary, removal and replacement of deteriorated curb along with installation of new curb where directed, installation of ADA curb ramps and detectable warning surfaces, traffic striping, the reconstruction of existing inlets with the installation of bicycle safe grates and Type ‘N’ ECO inlet castings as required by the Tier “A” Municipal Stormwater Regulations, and stormwater management improvements as required. GFE goal of 6%
