The project consists of septic-to-sewer improvements for the Indian River Isles subdivisions (north, central, and south) located along U.S. 1 and the Indian River Lagoon within Brevard County. Specifically, the project will include the installation of three lift stations, sanitary sewer gravity mains, sanity sewer force mains, and sanitary sewer laterals to residential housing lots within the subdivisions; and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
