Design-Build Contracts, Greene County is seeking proposals from qualified design-build teams interested in providing design and construction services for Indoor Air Quality Improvements at various County owned facilities, including new HVAC systems, needlepoint bipolar ionization systems, and automation control systems.
Project Scope: Upgrades to the HVAC systems in County buildings to improve indoor air quality, including, but not limited to: 1. Replacing aging HVAC systems, 2. Installing bipolar ionization systems on all HVAC systems. 3. Installing automation controls for the HVAC system
