This Mandatory Job Walk will begin at the east side of the Church Fine Arts Building at the generator yard on the UNR campus.

Estimate: $235,000 - $335,000

Replace 3 existing 5kV services running through the building with one exterior 25kV service and replace existing switchboards. Removal and disposal of 3 oil filled 5kV pot transformers, 5kV oil filled switch, 5kV pad mount switch and 5kV underground conductors. Removal of 5kV transformer and equipment from theater mezzanine. Conduit running exposed on the side of the building will require a man-lift. Running conduit exposed on the roof of the building. Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "August 9, 2021" and shall be fully complete by "November 5, 2021". Question Cutoff Date: 3/4/2021 05:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
