The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a qualified Vendor to provide janitorial services for the NCDOT Support Services Unit. The contract shall consist of an all-inclusive janitorial service with routine cleaning schedules, including all necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment to keep the subject State building properly cleaned and supplied. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
