The City of South Miami is seeking proposals from experienced and capable parties to provide janitorial services for all City facilities and buildings. The Contractor must furnish all material, labor, supplies and equipment necessary to perform all operations in connection with daily janitorial services for the City of South Miami. The Respondent, when submitting the Proposal, must include a Proposal/Bid Bond, if required for this project, in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the base Proposal on the Proposal/Bid Bond Form included herein
