The scope of work consists of Renovate Building for New County Health Department to be located at 4102 S. Water Tower Place in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. The scope of work shall be bid under one lump sum contract. Flooring, painting, roofing, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures and plumbing modifications, HVAC system and duct modifications, lighting, electrical devices, and wiring. All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.
