JFTB - 11206 Lexington Drive Los Alamitos, CA Prospective bidders shall meet in Building 244 just East of the Main Gate entrance, sign in and receive the briefing and then caravan to the job site and then return to Building 244 for final roll call, to be considered responsive to the bidding requirements of this IFB. Estimate: $3,400,000
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Renovation of Buildings 58 and 59. Work to include but not limited to: lead asbestos testing and abatement, roof repair/replacement, window/door repair/replacement, fire protection upgrades, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, flooring repair and utility upgrades at the Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos, California, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
