You must pre-register to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference by sending an email to
PROCUREMENT@loudoun.gov. The subject line of the email should state “Register for
Pre-Bid Conference for JOC for General Construction Work”, and the email should include
the name of your firm and provide contact information to include phone number and
address. Providing the email requesting participation in the Pre-Bid Conference was
received prior to 1:00 p.m. the business day prior to the date of the Pre-Bid Conference,
the County will respond with the information to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference.
Emails received after 1:00 p.m. will not be responded to.
The County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) seeks to award one (1) or more, with a maximum of three (3), Job Order Contracts (JOC or Contract) to qualified general contractors to provide for General Construction on an as-needed basis at various Loudoun County facilities over a one (1) year Base Term and up to two (2) one (1) year additional Option Terms. A JOC is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. The Work includes a collection of Tasks and related specifications that have pre-established unit prices. JOCs are to be used for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure and buildings by means of individual Job Orders issued under the JOCs and related to discrete, identified Projects.
