The County of Loudoun, Virginia seeks to award one (1) or more, with a maximum of four (4), Job Order Contracts (JOC) to qualified contractors to provide for the County wide Maintenance and Repair of Stormwater Infrastructure, Paving and Other Site Work on an as-needed basis at various Loudoun County facilities over a one (1) year Base Term and up to two (2) one (1) year additional Option Terms. The Work includes a collection of Tasks and related specifications that have pre-established unit prices. JOCs are to be used for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of stormwater infrastructure and sitework by means of individual Job Orders issued under the JOCs and related to discrete, identified Projects. Questions due by 5:00 p.m. May 20, 2022. Bonds required.
