The project generally consists of the construction of a new 100’ long by 8’ wide pedestrian steel bridge spanning across an existing concrete bridge / spillway structure to remain including bridge foundations and adjacent site improvements located within Kennedy Park in the Borough of Sayreville. The work involved with these improvements includes mobilization, all safety procedures and provisions, site clearing and site grading operations, furnishing and installation of a prefabricated steel bridge structure with composite wood decking including reinforced concrete bridge backwalls, abutments, wingwalls and footings; helical pull-down foundation piles and all components / appurtenances; project site access provisions to all work areas; dewatering methods; design / installation of temporary steel sheeting and/or cofferdam systems; excavation, various types of bedding and backfill, and all other work. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
