Interested bidders shall assemble in the parking lot of the facility located at 7054 Lake Isabella Boulevard, Lake Isabella, CA 93240.
This project, in general, consists of the removal and replacement of existing metal roof system at Admin/Court Building and installation of new silicone roof covering on selected existing build-up roof areas at Court Building as shown on plans. Alternate bid, in general, consists of removal and replacement of existing metal roof system at existing library. Work shall be completed within fifty (50) Working Days for the base bid and twenty (20) Working Days for Alternate bid. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
