The work, located in the vicinity of South Oroville, Butte County, California, consists of a slurry seal on Las Plumas Avenue starting 1000-LF west of Crestridge Drive to Crestridge Drive, a full depth reclamation with cement treat for the remainder of Las Plumas Avenue, from Crestridge Drive to Lower Wyandotte Road, adding curb gutter & sidewalk in the gaps where it is missing, pulverizing existing asphalt and adding new curb, gutter, & sidewalk along the easterly side of Lincoln Blvd from Monte Vista Avenue to Arnold Ave, roadway excavation, storm drain, paving, striping, replace traffic loops, school safety crossing enhancements including rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB) & driver feedback signs for speed, signage & roadway reflectors, new pedestrian ramps, all in conformance with the California Department of Transportation 2010 Standard Specifications, and these Special Provisions, unless specified herein. All work shall include furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans, as described in the Special Provisions, or as directed by the Engineer. Bonds required.
