Project Description: The principal features of the work to be performed under this Contract includes removal and reconstruction of the existing outlet control structure, extension of the principal culvert by 6 LF, rehabilitation of 42 LF of the entire principal culvert (including extension), and installation of a headwall on the downstream side of the principal culvert. Additionally, three existing culverts, ranging in size from 18- to 24-inches, that are located along the roadway will be abandoned, plugged, and filled. Work also includes traffic control and construction staging, clearing and grubbing, fish removal and restocking, erosion control measures, site restoration including guardrail and landscaping, and all related appurtenances as shown on the drawings or specified in the contract documents.
