New Construction: The Lake Elbert Trail Project will include the construction of an approximate 1.8 mile 6-8 ft wide asphalt trail on the lake side of Lake Elbert; major water/sewer main and line removal and new installation; drainage improvements throughout the corridor; landscaping/irrigation improvements; development of a passive trailhead at the Lake Elbert Boat Ramp and milling and resurfacing. The southeastern and southwestern sides will connect into an existing trail along SR 542 / Dundee Road. The project must achieve substantial completion within 420 consecutive Calendar Days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The project must then have all punch list items completed within 30 Calendar Days after substantial completion has been achieved. Questions due 6/6/2023, 2:00pm. Bonds required.
