Perform all labor, material, equipment, supervision and administration to integrate the work outlined in the following scope into the total building system such that no leakage into the system occurs. Sectors A,B, and C: Remove and dispose of the existing roof system including flashing and sheet metal down to the existing structural steel deck; protect existing sheet metal gutters and downspouts to be salvaged; resecure structural steel deck to structural framing; resecure the existing wood blocking; install new nailers as required; raise all curbs and penetrations to meet and 8-inch minimum flashing height.
