This contract provides for the installation of concrete bulkheads into existing circulating water tunnels into and out of the retired Lakeside Generating Station. Two influent tunnels and three effluent tunnels will be bulkheaded. The concrete bulkheads shall be water tight, allowing zero leakage. Contractor is to supply all labor, materials, construction equipment, and construction management required to execute the work defined in the Contract Documents, which includes, but is not limited to, demolition, site preparation, , and material installation. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
