Estimate: $70,000 and $145,000.
Base Bid: Construction of a 5’ wide stabilized decomposed granite accessible path with 6” wide concrete mow curbs on each side. Path shall meet ADA requirements, there will be minor earthwork and grading, clearing & grubbing and erosion control (hydroseed) along the side slopes of the path. Additive Alternates 1-5: The additive alternate items to this project include adding solar powered lights around the new path, providing a complete survey of the park at completion of site work and submit to the park project manager in AutoCAD format, furnish and install a hi-low drinking fountain with bottle filler with concrete paving for accessible access, and furnish and install seating cubes with concrete paving underneath. This project is funded through Community Development Block Grant fund that requires a low-income Section 3 business Good Faith Effort prior to bid and during construction to hire residence.
