The State of Florida (State), Department of Management Services’ (Department’s) Division of Real Estate Development and Management is issuing this solicitation to establish a Contract for Lawn Care Services at specified facilities throughout the state of Florida. This solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Bid System (VBS). Vendors interested in submitting a Bid must comply with all terms and conditions described in this solicitation. The Department intends to award this ITB to the responsive and responsible Bidder(s) who offer(s) the lowest total calculated price for each county in each region bid. At least one Bidder shall be awarded per region. However, multiple Bidders may be awarded in each county or region. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
