The City is interested in receiving competitive bids for private experienced lawn maintenance companies to take over responsibility for the cemetery’s general lawn upkeep and maintenance program. The base scope of work will be to mow, trim and blow clean the cemetery weekly during the peak season of April through October and bi-weekly from November to April. Additional work activities may be included as necessary as work orders with pricing if requested. All hedges and bushes will be trimmed monthly during the peak season and as needed from November to April. The deadline for questions is ten days before bid opening. Term of Contract shall be one year. The Contract may be extended on the same terms and conditions for up to two additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement of both parties.
