The purpose of this bid is to solicit pricing from interested and qualified contractors for the performance of lawn maintenance services at SJC Utility Department sites and Facilities Management sites located throughout St. Johns County, FL. The awarded vendor shall be responsible for providing any and all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to mow grass areas, edge/weed-eat around buildings, sidewalks, fixtures, landscaping, fencing, ponds, and trimming trees located at the sites and properties included in the bid according to the requirements included in the specifications herein.
