The City of Lawton is seeking proposals to provide and install self-contained pilot testing equipment to conform the treatability of groundwater for potable use. The primary targeted constituents for treatment are Arsenic, Fluoride, Iron, Chloride, and total dissolved solids (TDS). Alum, microfiltration and Nanofiltration methodologies will be tested to determine optimal treatment of the provided groundwater. Proposal alternated include undertaking sampling/lab analysis during the pilot and operating and maintaining the pilot for the duration of the project. Delivery of the pilot will need to occur 90 days after contract award. Service connections for water, wastewater, and electricity will be provided by others, the bidder will need to connect their equipment to these provided services. The period for pilot installation, set up, testing and removal is 89 days. At the conclusion of the pilot, bidder will be responsible for disconnecting and removing their equipment from the site.
