Work shall include replacement of existing Fire-Lite alarm system with new, non-proprietary, addressable fire alarm system to protect existing building. New fire alarm system shall include all required control equipment, power supplies, cabinets, initiating devices, modules and control relays. Work shall include demolition of existing dry-pipe sprinkler system and the installation of a new dry-pipe fire sprinkler system including riser, new feed/cross mains and branch lines. Installation of new piping will be of same size and location as existing. New upright or dry pendant type fire sprinklers to be installed in same locations as existing.
