The purpose of this project is the complete replacement of 2 existing sanitary sewer lift stations on behalf of the City of Wilton Manors as stipulated in this ITB. Lift Station #2 is located along north side of NW 29th Street at the intersection with NW 10th Avenue in Wilton Manors, Florida. Lift Station #12 is located along north side of Kensington Place at the intersection with Coventry Way in Wilton Manors, Florida. The work of this contract includes the construction of the lift station improvements for City of Wilton Manors. The work will include but not be limited to site preparation, earthwork, excavation, dewatering, bypass pumping, demolition of existing lift stations, installation of all lift station components (underground precast concrete structures, interior coatings, access hatches, submersible pumps, railings, piping, valves, flow meters, hardware, control panels, instrumentation and control equipment, wiring, programming, testing), asphalt restoration, concrete restoration, and landscape restoration. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
