Trades: Electrical Contractor - Lighting, Luminaires, High Voltage (HVE), WWTP Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction & Repairs: Tank Pressure Washing - General Engineering Contractor, CG - General Engineering Contractor GEC, RG - General Engineering Contractor GEC
The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the Lift Station Nos. 2, 3, 4, & 5 Electrical Platform Replacement in accordance with these plans and specifications. All workmanship and materials shall be fully guaranteed for a period of one year after date of acceptance by the Owner. All Testing, Professional Surveying and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) shall be paid by the Contractor. Bidders shall have successfully completed two (2) contracts for similar work in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the proposal contract during the past three years. The time of completion for this contract is 120 calendar days from date established in Start to Work Order. Questions via email to Owner due 10 days prior to bid opening. Bonds required.
