CCA are soliciting cost proposals on behalf of the 32nd DAA OC Fair & Event Center, for the Lot G Utility Upgrades improvements project at 32nd DAA OC Fair & Event Center. The scope of work to include the following: 1. BASE BID: a) Per plans dated 9/14/2022. b) Patch back asphalt and stripe as needed c) Electrical/Communication conduit runs may be bored in, contractor’s means and methods. 2. Owner Provided Materials: Please see List of Materials Chart on Page 5. a. PVC Conduit b. Boxes with Lids 3. All work is to be conducted around Fair activities. The Contractor is to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of the shutdown of any utilities to both CCA and the Fair. If shutdown of water supply impacts any fire hydrants or sprinklers, shutdown to be coordinated with local fire department. Utility shutdown time is to be kept at a minimum and be back online at end of each workday. 4. All work is to comply with all current applicable California Codes. 5. All work to be warrantied (materials and labor) for a minimum of one (1) year, or manufacturer period, whichever is greater. CLEAN-UP: 1. Contractor is to keep job site clean daily and upon project completion. 2. Contractor is to provide waste management for removal of materials and demo materials off OC fairgrounds. 3. Do not dispose of any construction material or project waste on OCFEC grounds or in OCFEC containers. 4. Contractor is to keep all compounds and chemicals out of storm drains & sewers. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
