The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies seeking to provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform construction services to install an exploratory well in accordance with the specifications as listed under Attachment A. Any prospective bidder that is interested in attending the conference is to RSVP via email to the Buyer of Record at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Please include the name of the firm as well as the names of any attendees along with their individual e-mail and phone number. Once the Buyer of Record is notified, access instructions will then be e-mailed to any prospective participant. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
