Sealed proposals will be received electronically via PennBid for the Lycoming Creek Scour Repair- Elm Park. The project is located in Williamsport, PA, adjacent to Elm Park. This contract is for scour repairs to riprap along the eastern levee bank, as shown in the Contract Documents. All permits have already been acquired, and the work is authorized under an Emergency Permit (EP) issued by PA DEP. The EP documents are enclosed for review. No involvement with the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) is required, as this work is considered "Maintenance". The repair work will require a temporary causeway access into Lycoming Creek from the west bank, towards the east bank. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
