The Madeleine Village Apartments, located at 7861-7871 Crespi Boulevard, consists of 4 buildings containing 16 residential, studio apartments. The waterfront property has a seawall of 100FT on the Tatum Waterway. The seawall is damaged beyond repair and needs to be replaced. The new seawall will be built in front of (waterward) of the existing seawall, in compliance with current building code requirements. The awarded seawall replacement contractor will be required to coordinate activities, as needed, with the contractor(s) performing building renovations and site improvements at the Madeleine Village Apartments. The City of Miami Beach’s intention is to correct the identified deficiencies using materials that are environmentally friendly and systems that contribute to save valuable resources.
