Construction of an approximate 2,550 square foot addition to an existing office building for new offices, a 250 square foot addition to expand restrooms and the renovation of approximately 5,140 square feet of existing office space. The new construction scope includes clearing, excavation, select fill, concrete work, asphalt repair, pre-engineered metal building structure, interior finishes and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, communication, data and security systems. The renovation scope includes selective demolition, ACM removal, new interior finishes, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression communication, and data. The new fire suppression system is extended to existing adjacent warehouse spaces as a part of this contract scope. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. SBEDA Program Compliance required.
