The successful proposers, shall supply all labor and equipment to perform Make Ready Services on an “as requested” basis for UTA. Make Ready Services includes a series of top-quality cleaning, painting, flooring, resurfacing or maintenance duties that are required to turn a housing unit after a resident moves out to make it ready for a new resident. These can include tasks specific to the move-out that just occurred. Inspecting the unit after the Make Ready has been cleaned is a key component to completing the Make Ready process. UTA will conduct post make-ready work review. This is not an exclusive contract. HSP required.
