The scope of work generally consists of structural improvements, site improvements, and the removal and recoating of the interior and exterior coatings of a 2.5 MG welded steel reservoir. The structural improvements include seal welding portions of the interior; installation of circumferential guardrails, gutters, and downspouts; removal and replacement of manways, access hatches, and roof vent; and replacing the existing ladder with a stairway system. Site improvements include grading, installation of a keystone wall, installation of storm piping, catch basins, and other miscellaneous site improvements. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
