Work at VTC includes partial removal of landscaping and irrigation, installation of concrete pads, purchase and installation of a modular office trailer with restroom, installation and connection of domestic water, sewer, electrical and communications to existing facility, striping of two designated parking spots with signage, and an 8’ tall wrought iron fence with a 4’ wide secured swing gate.
