The work under this contract consist of installing new landscaping along the Marketplace Drive right-of-way. General work will include site preparation, plantings, and installation of irrigation. The contract also includes a 12 month establishment/maintenance period. All work shall be in accordance with the standards and specifications of the City of Pensacola. The bidder further proposes and agrees hereby to commence the work with an adequate force and equipment within (10) consecutive calendar days after being notified by the City of Pensacola to do so; and to complete the work and testing within (60) calendar days after the commencement date set by the City of Pensacola.
