The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Removal of existing 2x4 lights in the main (exhibit) hall and replacement with new 2x4 lights. 2. Removal of existing can lights in the main (exhibit) hall and replacement with dimmable cans lights and controls. 3. Saw cutting and removal of portions of the main (exhibit) hall concrete floor slab, installation of in-floor electrical devices and distribution, work at adjacent power panels for new electrical, backfill of removed portions of concrete floor slab with new concrete, patch/recoat of floor with high-performance coating system. 4. Bid alternate for demolition of existing lobby-area aluminum framed storefronts and entrances and replacement with new aluminum framed glazed curtainwall and aluminum framed storefront entrances.
