The May's Field Dam Removal project includes labor, equipment and materials to remove a low-head dam and sediment necessary to restore a short segment of natural profile in the Moonda Creek in the Village of Washingtonville. Each bid must be accompanied by certified check, equal to 5% of the bid, or a bond, with sufficient sureties, in a similar amount, conditional that, if the bidder’s proposal is accepted. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
