A portion of the utilities will remain and temporary utilities will be provided to the temporary clubhouse (power/water), lift station (power/water) and cart barn (power). Furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor which is reasonably and properly infer-able and necessary for the proper completion of the work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not.
