The City of Miramar is seeking bids from qualified bidders to perform the demolition and removal of the existing suspended ceiling tile system, ceiling tile support system, and supply and installation of a suspended acoustical ceiling tile system throughout the Lobby of the Cultural Center; the layout and spacing of the new suspended ceiling tile system shall be determined based on the locations of all existing light fixtures, HVAC supply registers and fire sprinkler heads which exist in the lobby at the present time. This work shall also include resecuring several sections of sagging crown molding attached along the perimeter of the lobby. The area of the project is approximately 2,600 square feet, and the suspended ceiling is 26 feet above the finished floor.
