The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Bureau of Utilities, is soliciting bids from pre-qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to construct the MD 851 - Main St. Water and Sewer Main Improvements project. The project site is located in Sykesville, Maryland and the primary scope of work is on MD 851– Main St. Additional work will be performed on Baldwin Drive, Sandosky Rd, Oklahoma Avenue, Church St., and Wilson Avenue. This project is being coordinated with the Bureau of Utilities’ MD 851 – Springfield Avenue Water and Sewer Main Improvements project. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The completion time for this Contract is no later than two hundred twenty (220) working days from the date of commencement. Questions due by 4:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 2, 2022. Bonds required.
